- Using your technical skills and experience you will do root cause analysis of complex problems
- You will ensure the performance and availability of the Fressnapf Data Warehouse and related systems

Are you a Business Intelligence/Data Platforms enthusiast with several years of experience as an administrator, systems engineer, or in a similar role? If you're passionate about the latest technologies and can navigate Snowflake, Azure, SAP BW, Matillion, and similar tools with ease, we want to hear from you!
We're looking for someone with experience in Service Management Processes and industry certifications in ITIL, SAP, Snowflake, IIBA, or similar certifications. But that's not all - we need a true people person who can handle any stakeholder, even the most senior and difficult ones. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills will be critical in ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving.
