Expert S/4 PETS Process and Data Management (m/w/d)

• As an expert in S4/PETS Process and Data Management, you lead a cross-functional community of Business Process and Data Managers, driving collaboration and alignment
• Your task is to define the E2E process framework for SAP S/4HANA and ensure consistent modeling standards across all domains
• In this role, you manage process integration and dependencies, with a strong focus on Finance
• You assign clear process ownership at global, regional, and functional levels
• As a data governance leader, you define SAP S/4HANA data structures and integrate them with Fressnapf’s Data Governance
• Together with the Transformation Team, you establish tools, methods, and standards for processes and data

• Proven track record in leading change management within large business transformation programs 
  
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies  
  
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and influence diverse audiences
  
• Experience in stakeholder management at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
  
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver change campaigns, training, and engagement initiatives
  
• You own an academic degree.
