Senior Group Reporting Expert (m/w/d)

• Enhancing, harmonizing, and overseeing group-wide management reporting, including reporting for top management, non-executive bodies, and shareholders, is a key part of your role.
• You provide high-quality group-level reporting and performance insights that support well-founded decision-making.
• Driving improvements in reporting structures, data models, and controlling processes lies within your area of responsibility.
• In close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and IT, you ensure consistency and transparency across the entire group.
• You actively contribute to transformation initiatives, including SAP migration projects such as SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA.
• Developing dashboards, analyses, and visualizations using Power BI, SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Excel is part of your day-to-day work.
• Results, insights, and recommendations are presented by you clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.

• More than five years of experience in Group Controlling within large organizations or capital market / private equity environments.
• You ideally bring experience from the retail industry, which helps you understand key business drivers.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style characterize you.
• A high affinity for technical solutions, especially Power BI, MS Excel, SAP ERP, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), is essential.
• Ideally, you have already gained hands-on experience in SAP migration projects, such as SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills enable you to translate complex data into actionable insights.
