VP Programm Office (m/w/d)

• Shape and steer the Group-wide transformation portfolio, translating strategic priorities into impactful programmes, initiatives and measurable business outcomes
• Continuously enhance our transformation governance framework by establishing clear standards, decision-making processes, KPIs and management routines
• Partner closely with executive leaders, functional teams and international stakeholders to define, challenge and drive key transformation initiatives
• Monitor portfolio performance, risks and business impact while ensuring transparency and effective reporting to senior governance bodies
• Lead the Group Transformation & Process Office and drive process excellence, process mining, standardisation and automation across the organisation
• Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end processes and implement sustainable solutions that deliver measurable operational improvements
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing team while strengthening transformation capabilities and fostering future leadership talent throughout the business

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification
• More than 10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes or portfolios in an international environment
• Proven track record of delivering strategic, operational or organisational transformations with measurable business impact
• Strong expertise in transformation governance, portfolio management, performance management and process improvement
• Experience with process mining, standardisation, automation and technology-, data- or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, challenge and align executive stakeholders across functions and markets
• Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills, combined with excellent English proficiency and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
