Senior Expert Solution Architecture (m/w/d)

• You continuously develop the software and system architecture of our cloud-based IT landscape, actively driving modern technologies such as APIs, event streaming, and DevSecOps.
• You derive clear architectural guidelines from business requirements and translate them into sustainable, scalable technical solutions.
• Working closely with Product Owners, project teams, and our Enterprise Architecture team, you align our systems with strategic business goals.
• Together with fellow architects, you define and decide on architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• You document your technical solutions transparently in our toolchain and coordinate them with relevant stakeholders.
• You implement innovative ideas through hands-on proof-of-concept projects, striking the right balance between technical excellence and business value.

• You bring broad methodological expertise, analyzing requirements with a structured approach and documenting as well as presenting solutions clearly, ideally using a common modeling language.
• You have proven experience working with interface definitions (such as OpenAPI or XML) and enjoy integrating complex systems, particularly within SAP environments.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative mindset are among your core strengths, enabling seamless teamwork with both people and modern tools.
• You act in a self-organized manner with an open, digital, and international mindset, continuously eager to explore new technologies.
• You have 5–8 years of professional experience in software development and software architecture, ideally gained within a modern retail environment.
• You are fluent in English and German, enabling you to collaborate smoothly across international and local project teams.
• You have a solid understanding of core retail processes, such as logistics, e-commerce, or customer loyalty programs.
