As a (Senior) Process Owner, you will own and further develop one defined end-to-end process area within our value chain:
- Proposition Development & Communication – development, positioning, and communication of customer‑centric solutions
- Buy & Manage Products – Category Management, assortment planning, sourcing, supplier management, product data management
- Deliver Products to Customers – space management, demand & supply planning, logistics, fulfilment, transport, replenishment
- Serve Products to Customers – service readiness, customer interaction, omnichannel service execution, after‑care, continuous service improvement
In your assigned end‑to‑end process, you will:
- Own and continuously improve your end-to-end process with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and transparency
- Identify optimisation opportunities and translate them into practical improvements together with the relevant business functions
- Monitor process performance using relevant KPIs and derive actions for continuous improvement
- Support the development of common process standards, methods, and ways of working across markets and functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and act as a key contact for process-related topics within your area
