As a (Senior) Process Owner, you will own and further develop one defined end-to-end process area within our value chain:

  • Proposition Development & Communication – development, positioning, and communication of customer‑centric solutions
  • Buy & Manage Products – Category Management, assortment planning, sourcing, supplier management, product data management
  • Deliver Products to Customers – space management, demand & supply planning, logistics, fulfilment, transport, replenishment
  • Serve Products to Customers – service readiness, customer interaction, omnichannel service execution, after‑care, continuous service improvement

 

In your assigned end‑to‑end process, you will:

  • Own and continuously improve your end-to-end process with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and transparency
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and translate them into practical improvements together with the relevant business functions
  • Monitor process performance using relevant KPIs and derive actions for continuous improvement
  • Support the development of common process standards, methods, and ways of working across markets and functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and act as a key contact for process-related topics within your area

Das bringst du mit

  • Relevant experience in process management, process optimisation, business transformation, or a comparable role, ideally in retail, omnichannel, or FMCG environments
  • Good understanding of the value chain relevant to the process area you would ow
  •  Ability to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into practical solutions
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
  • A structured and data-driven way of working, combined with a hands-on mindset
  • Very good communication skills in English and German
