Das bewegst du bei uns

  • Lead category development initiatives and projects, translating strategic priorities into scalable assortment concepts and commercial playbooks
  • Drive trading excellence and commercialization (seasonal activations, placement strategies, propositions, pricing and promotion mechanics) to improve market penetration and sell-out performance
  • Own cross-country rollouts and portfolio penetration for curated Non-Food assortments, ensuring aligned execution across markets
  • Build and manage analytics and digital decision support by defining KPI frameworks, monitoring category performance and identifying key commercial drivers
  • Provide data-driven decision support through insights, performance analysis and business cases for senior stakeholders
  • Manage relevant assortments across the full product lifecycle, coordinating closely with operational teams and country organizations
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across marketing, supply chain and country teams to ensure consistent implementation

Das bringst du mit

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or a comparable field
  • 6+ years of experience in Category Management, Assortment Management or Buying, ideally within leading Non-Food retailers or comparable retail environments
  • Strong Category Management expertise, including shopper/mission thinking, assortment architecture, placement logic and price architecture
  • Proven experience in trading and commercialisation, with the ability to translate category strategies into in-market actions
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with KPIs, dashboards and performance data to support business decisions
  • A conceptual and strategic mindset, combined with the ability to structure complex topics and develop scalable category solutions
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills in an international organisation
  • Fluent German and strong professional English (spoken and written)
